Shipping policy

  • Canada & USA Shipping: Orders are processed in 1–3 business days with tracking. Delivery typically takes 1–2 weeks.
    • 🇨🇦 Canada: No customs or import fees
    • 🇺🇸 USA: Customs/duties may apply depending on your order
  •  month lead time. Contact us for volume pricing.
  • Tracking: You’ll receive an order confirmation and tracking link once shipped. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update.
  • Returns & Exchanges:
    • Only unused items in original packaging are eligible
    • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
    • Volume-discount orders may be recalculated if returns drop you into a lower pricing tier
    • Refunds may be adjusted, issued as store credit, or exchange
  • Damaged or Incorrect Items: Report within 48 hours of delivery with photos for a replacement or refund.
  • Cancellations:
    • Before shipping: Full refund or store credit
    • After shipping: Cannot cancel—please follow return process
