TFA Craft molds are professional-grade tools designed for users with a working knowledge of candle-making techniques and safety standards. We provide the tools only; the user is solely responsible for the testing, safety, and labeling of any finished products created using our molds. TFA Craft is not responsible for damages resulting from improper wax temperatures, incorrect wick selection, or general misuse of the equipment.

Our pricing is structured in tiers to provide maximum value for growing businesses. To maintain the integrity of these professional discounts, returns are calculated based on your final "kept" quantity. If a return causes your total order volume to fall into a lower discount tier, your order will be recalculated at that tier’s rate. In cases where the price difference between tiers exceeds the value of the returned item, a cash refund will not be issued; instead, store credit or an exchange will be provided to help you maintain your original savings.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, button icons, images, and digital downloads, is the property of TFA Craft or its content suppliers and is protected by Canadian and international copyright laws. The unique designs of our high-definition molds are proprietary. Any unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, or "copy-cat" manufacturing of our designs is strictly prohibited.

In no event shall TFA Craft, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages of any kind—including, without limitation, lost profits, lost revenue, or replacement costs—arising from your use of our products. This includes, but is not limited to, the performance or safety of candles manufactured using our molds.

These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada and the Province where TFA Craft operates. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, or terminate an agreement, if we believe our terms or "Tier Integrity" rules are being violated or bypassed.
